Our Private Day Trips

If you have several days to spend in Da Nang and want to explore the surroundings with an exclusive guide, you can book any of our private tours. These tours last between 8.5 and 10 hours and include hotel pickup, transport in a private vehicle and an English-speaking guide.

Below, you can see the details of each tour:

The Marble Mountains and Hoi An (10 hours)

To begin with, we'll leave Da Nang behind and head for the famous Marble Mountains, a set of incredible limestone formations and caves that will leave you completely enamoured.

Upon arrival, we'll discover the secrets of the five mountains that form them, whose names refer to the five elements of Eastern philosophical thought that evoke nature: Kim (metal), Thuy (water), Moc (wood), Hoa (fire) and Tho (earth). We'll also visit the Linh Ung Pagoda, where we'll find a 67-metre-high (219-foot-high) female Buddha statue and the Tam Thai Pagoda.

We'll leave the Marble Mountains behind and approach Bang Beach, where we'll satisfy our appetite with lunch. With our batteries recharged, we'll travel to Cam Thanh Coconut Forest, where we'll enjoy a natural environment unique to Vietnam. To make it even more special, we'll take a ride in traditional baskets along the river and see the area from a totally different perspective.

To end the excursion, we'll take a tour of the old town of Hoi An, where we'll follow the traces left by the Chinese, Japanese and Europeans in the architecture of their houses and monuments. The Japanese Bridge, the Phuc Kien Assembly Hall and the façade of the Quan Thang House are some of the sights not to be missed.

Hue (8.5 hours)

Fancy getting to know the ancient capital of Vietnam? Well, don't wait any longer! We'll leave Da Nang behind and travel to Hue. Upon arrival, we'll board a Dragon Boat that will take us to the Thien Mu Pagoda on the banks of the Perfume River.

Afterwards, we'll visit the imperial citadel of Hue, perfect to discover the secrets of the 12 emperors of the last Nguyen dynasty. We'll visit the Noon Gate, the Yin & Yang Palace, the ancient Duyet Thi Duong Old Theatre, the Great Ancient Temple or the Longevity Palace.

After lunch at a local restaurant, we'll continue our tour of Hue by visiting the Royal Tombs of Emperor Nguyen, where Tu Duc King and Khai Dinh are buried.

Ba Na Hills and The Golden Bridge (9.5 hours)

On this tour, you'll discover one of the most fascinating corners of Vietnam: the Ba Na hills. To begin with, we'll climb aboard the world's largest cable car, from which we'll see the Mo Stream and Toc Tien waterfall from a unique perspective.

When we reach the top, we'll visit the Golden Bridge of Da Nang, the main attraction of these hills, and no wonder! We'll be able to cross this footbridge held by giant hands, which will take us to the Linh Ung Pagoda.

Afterwards, we'll visit the French Village, a village inspired by the French Middle Ages, where we can admire the Tinh Tam garden or a grapefruit tree older than 100 years old.

We'll return to the cable car and travel to Fantasy Park and Linh Chua Linh Tu temple, from where you'll have an unbeatable panoramic view of Da Nang. Finally, we'll return to the station to go back to your hotel.

Important: when booking this tour, you can choose the tour with or without lunch.

My Son Sanctuary and Hoi An (10 hours)

After picking you up from your hotel, we'll head to the My Son Sanctuary to tour these 2nd-century buildings of the Champa kingdom. Did you know that they are some of the most important Hindu shrines in Southeast Asia? In addition, we'll have the opportunity to see the traditional Champa dance.

After touring the temples, we'll take you to Hoi An and satisfy your appetite in a local restaurant. To continue this excursion, we'll take a guided tour of this ancient Vietnamese city. We'll stroll through the streets and learn about the legacy of the Japanese, Chinese and Europeans, present in the facades of its buildings.
