At the indicated time, we'll pick you up at your hotel in Da Nang and take a short tour of some of the city's attractions, such as My Khe Beach or the Dragon Bridge, before going to the market!
Afterwards, we'll head to the Bac My An Local Market and explore the different stalls in search of the ingredients needed for the class. We'll then head to an organic garden to learn about the process of growing some of the most typical fruits and vegetables of the region. After this, we'll head to our cooking class!
With the help of an expert cook, we'll learn how to prepare 4 different dishes of traditional Vietnamese cuisine: cha gio (fried spring rolls), banh xeo (Vietnamese fried pancake), pho ga (chicken noodle soup), and some typical sweet soups. In addition, we'll offer you fresh fruit and tea for dessert.
After trying all the dishes, we'll take you back to your hotel in Da Nang, where you'll arrive after 4 hours of activity.
