At the market's modern facilities on the second floor, a skilled chef will guide us through preparing various Spanish culinary delights. While the specific recipes vary by season, you can look forward to mastering iconic Spanish dishes like tortilla de patatas, croquettes, and other popular tapas.
We'll also unveil the secrets of crafting dishes such as ensaladilla rusa and bacalao ajoarriero, sharing insights on their ingredients and the art of combining them. During the workshop, you can sip on various beverages, including red and white wine, beer, and soft drinks.
