At the selected time, we'll meet at Plaza de Santa Ana, in the heart of Madrid. From here, we'll begin a 3-hour cuisine tour in which you'll learn all about the city while enjoying a tapas tasting.
We'll go through the center of Madrid, its historic center, and the Madrid de Los Austrias, some of the most traditional areas to enjoy the local flavors.
During the tour, we'll visit 4 of the best tapas bars in the city, renowned for serving authentic Spanish food since the beginning of the last century. We'll sit at tables or stand in true Madrilenian style to enjoy the tapas culture, tasting a gourmet selection of the best tapas of Iberian acorn-fed ham, garlic prawns, and marinated dogfish, and many other traditional products of Spanish cuisine.
These products will be paired with wines from the best Denominations of Origin in Spain, and you'll also enjoy a drink in each place we visit.
The guides are locals, and completely in love with the local culture and cuisine, and will accompany the tour with lots of details and facts about the history and culture of Madrid.
